We will supervise the quality of your construction and compliance with applicable legislation during construction:

- Author's supervision

- Technical supervision of the investor

- Activities of the OSH coordinator on the construction site

We will arrange for you to draw subsidies from subsidy programmes:

- Green Savings - building insulation

- New panel - revitalization of panel houses

- Euro funds - we will arrange subsidies according to the current offer of European subsidy programs

- Programmes of the Czech Ministries - subsidies from the Ministry of Regional Development and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports

Atelier will also provide the following surveys and studies in cooperation with professional companies:

- Geodetic (altimetric and semi-altimetric) surveying of the construction site, construction layout

- Geological, hydrogeological and radon surveys

- Glare and daylighting studies, artificial lighting measurements

- Acoustic study and noise measurement

- Dendrological and biological survey (fauna and flora survey)

- Traffic studies, DIO proposals

- Building-historical and structural-technical survey, mycological survey
